Ninad Rao

As a kid I am always looking to try new things. That's how I find out what I like and what I don't. I've always wanted to excel at everything I study and practise. Being an individual with multiple passions is extremely exciting, and I'm glad I've found mine. I don't have a plan for a career, but I know I'll be successful in whatever I do because of my passion for learning about everything.

My varied personality has recently sparked an interest in me learning new technology. Because there is always something new to learn about it and it develops regularly as time goes on, the challenge of developing any web or mobile application keeps me motivated.

Continuing on my personal skills, I didn't naturally possess the leadership skill, but as time went on, I began to develop it due to its high importance today. Being a leader comes with a lot of pressure, but I work hard to handle the strain and provide quality work on schedule. I have enjoyed many positions throughout my career.
