Hello! I’m Nidhi Tripathi, a third-year B.Tech student and a passionate UI/UX designer who loves building meaningful digital experiences. Over the past three years, I’ve worked across startups, hackathons, and design communities, constantly learning, creating, and pushing boundaries.
My journey started with Tigest, a Web3 startup helping people strengthen their social presence through campaigns and growth strategies. I initially joined as a Social Media Manager, handling social accounts and campaign operations, but soon transitioned into design, leading the UI/UX for new product launches. Tigest taught me the value of fast delivery, adaptability, and precision.
After that, I joined Stringly, a Web3-based dating app startup, right from its ideation phase. For nearly eight months, I designed the entire app from scratch while also managing marketing strategies, community growth, and brand identity. I guided new interns, organized design and marketing competitions, and worked directly with the founder, an experience that shaped my leadership, management, and startup execution skills.
Beyond startups, I began freelancing in design, collaborating with clients across different industries to deliver tailored design solutions.
In July 2025, I won first prize at the ICP HackerHouse, where my team and I built SplitChain—an app that allows users to split and convert crypto with zero gas fees so the receiver gets funds in their chosen cryptocurrency.
I also participated in Unfold 2024, where I developed HealthChain, a blockchain-based healthcare management system that securely stores and shares medical records. Later, I volunteered at Indian Blockchain Week 2024 (IBW) with the Hash team, where I handled operations, coordination, and guest management, eventually being recognized among the top 10 volunteers. That experience honed my communication, time management, and networking skills and deepened my interest in Web3 operations.
In addition, I served as an ICP Ambassador, supporting event organization and milestone tracking for the ICP community. As a UI/UX Workshop Speaker at SIES and LTCE, I conducted hands-on Figma sessions demonstrating how thoughtful design improves usability and user engagement.
Having been deeply involved in the Web3 ecosystem for quite some time, I’ve learned, built, and connected with some amazing people.
