Karan Malik

I am Karan Malik, currently pursuing my B.Tech in Computer Science from the University School of Information, Communication and Technology, New Delhi, India.
I am a proficient programmer with a diverse skill set, including but not limited to - Data Analytics + Visualization, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Analysis, Natural Language Processing, Python and C++ Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, Data Science and Research. Apart from maintaining a good academic record, I have been an active listener as well as a quick learner, always willing to improve from feedback. I always attempt to deliver accurate results in time while keeping in mind the intricate details that might affect my work. I have a team-oriented personality.

I have several projects, available on my Github(https://github.com/Karan-Malik). I have also implemented a DeepLearning and Natural Language Processing chatbot using Python and RestAPIs.The chatbot is capable of having general conversations, jokes, google search, weather, setting a timer, Covid-19 stats and much more. It is hosted using Flask Web Development and HTML, CSS and basic Javascript. It is also available online as a heroku app (https://ted-the-deep-learning-bot.herokuapp.com/).

Just having entered my 5th sem, I already have one research paper accepted to be published at IEEE International Conference for Innovation in Technology 2020 and another research paper in its final stages, in collaboration with scientists at the National Physical Laboratory of India.
