Our team is currently working on developing a metaverse platform that leverages blockchain technology to document and manage the career trajectories of university students. We formulated and implemented the SBT framework to empower students in shaping their careers during their college years. With identified key terms that represent talent the top 10 companies want. Within the metaverse platform, students engage in various activities such as volunteering and participating in club initiatives to complete quests, earning rewards in the form of scholarship points. Additionally, by acquiring SBT points to showcase their skills, students embark on a journey of constructing their unique identity. We anticipate that the career paths outlined by SBT will function as an additional resume, allowing students to showcase their value.
