Devshree Patel

I am currently pursuing my BTech in ICT at SEAS, AU. Machine learning concepts have always attracted me from starting. Whether it is the back-end mathematics involved in it or is it the architecture of neural networks. I have completed quite a few courses in ML and DL. Courses like Machine learning by Stanford, deep learning specialization by deeplearning.ai and data science specialization by IBM offered by Coursera. Currently, I am also working as a researcher in the field of natural language processing. My interests lie in visualizing and depicting the code-mixed data form on social media. Recently, I presented my paper on "Language Identification and Translation of English and Gujarati code-mixed data" at the IEEE ic-ETITE'2020 conference organized by VIT, Vellore. I am also working on an ML project which includes the question-answering system. I plan to improve my research work by comparing it with the recent technology BERT. Also, I want to increase my field of research by contributing something in the field of healthcare and climate change.
