Mental Health is a very subjective and a vulnerable issue, which varies with person to person. Pre-exiting mental health apps offer same techniques and strategies to every individual. Our mobile application; "Solace" provides a customised solution to this problem. By extracting their personality type through our curated questionnaire, we offer them meditation techniques which aligns with their personality. The existing apps also possess a problem of; 'lack of human interaction'. We have dealt with this problem by introducing our own trained chatbot; "Solace AI".
