Bill Takahashi

As the Head of Engineering Implementation for a team, I served as the co-founder, director, and Chief Information Officer of an artificial intelligence startup company, which received investments from IDG and Web3 native OGs. Previously, I was an architect at Baidu. My main responsibilities included overseeing the engineering implementation, intellectual property construction, and product evaluation for the company's entire product line. I also hold the position of a senior expert in the AI Industry Alliance, recognized as a leading talent in the fields of artificial intelligence and blockchain.

During my tenure at Baidu, I acted as the engineering leader with a multidisciplinary technical background and practical experience spanning cloud-native technologies, blockchain, and operational systems. I was involved from the ground up in building the technical architecture for blockchain and enterprise-level cloud-native platforms. I led the engineering solution design and implementation in various projects in finance and government sectors, supporting commercial transformations at a scale of tens of millions, which was recognized by numerous clients. The platform I helped build possesses comprehensive capabilities for private enterprise-level deployment.

I have been the individual project manager responsible for domestic blockchain projects and the engineering/delivery head for the largest consortium chain of banks.

Under my name, there are currently 24 patents related to privacy computing, blockchain, and cloud-native technologies that have been applied for, accepted, and published both domestically and internationally. I have also participated in drafting multiple international and domestic standards on secret computing and artificial intelligence under the auspices of the IEEE.
