Ayush

I am a Class 10 student and a self-taught developer who builds technology to solve real-world problems, not just academic exercises.

My work focuses on AI, automation, and system design, especially in areas where technology can improve safety, access, and decision-making.

Key Achievements

Delhi-Level Science Exhibition (Class 9)

Built an Automatic Irrigation System that:

  • Detects soil moisture
  • Automatically controls water flow
  • Reduces water waste and improves crop yield

The project was selected for the Delhi-level exhibition for its practical impact.

Smart Drowsiness Detection & Alert System (Class 10)

An AI-powered driver safety system that:

  • Uses Python and MediaPipe to detect eye closure and fatigue
  • Sends alerts to Arduino (buzzer and LCD)
  • Logs real-time data to a Flask web dashboard
  • Displays driver status using a JSON-based frontend

Designed to improve road safety and prevent accidents.

KVS AI VidyaSetu 1.0 Hackathon (2025–26)

Selected for one of India’s largest school AI hackathons with around 4000 participants, where only about 40 teams reach nationals.

Competing under strict rules using:

  • Open-source ML models
  • Custom Python pipelines
  • No external AI APIs

Goal: Reach nationals and win first prize.

AI for Rural and Financial Inclusion

Designed solution concepts for:

  • Farmer financial distress prediction
  • Digital record lockers
  • Loan misuse prevention
  • Multi-lingual rural fintech platforms

Focused on real-world impact rather than demos.

Technical Skills

  • Languages: Python, C++
  • Hardware: Arduino, sensors
  • AI: MediaPipe, ML pipelines
  • Web: Flask, HTML, CSS, JSON
  • Tools: Git, GitHub, Tinkercad

How I Work

  • I think in systems rather than isolated features
  • I prioritize logic and feasibility over hype
  • I build projects that can actually be used
  • I learn fast and iterate quickly

Why I do hackathons

I participate in hackathons to test my ideas under pressure, compete with strong teams, and build technology that creates real impact.
