Arya Gawde

Hi! I’m Arya Gawde, a B.Tech student pursuing Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering, Mumbai. My passion lies in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create impactful solutions. I’ve worked on diverse projects, from building an Exoplanet Detection Model using SVM to developing an Indian Sign Language Detection System with LSTMs, achieving high accuracy and real-world applicability. My expertise spans Machine Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, and Data Science, supported by a strong foundation in programming languages like Python, C, Java, and frameworks like React.js.

Beyond academics, I thrive on mentoring and collaboration. As the Vice Chairperson of DJS Informatrix, I lead training programs in Data Science and organize hackathons to foster innovation. I’ve also served as a Stanford Section Leader, guiding 30+ students in Python programming, and contributed to Trinity, DJ Sanghvi’s cultural fest, by working on its website as the Technical Secretary. Won accolades for VCET's National Student Data Corps Hackathon. With a drive to learn, lead, and create, I’m always exploring new challenges in the world of technology.
