Howard Krieger

Howard Krieger has hands-on experience designing, building, testing, marketing, and releasing real products, risk-based pricing models, operational finance tools, and multi-service provider tool integrations. He built the compliance valuation department at Withum from the ground up, including HR, legal, and procurement processes, supporting a hierarchy including 5 specialists with $1.5 million in revenue per year. Krieger also pioneered the New York valuation presence at CBIZ Valuation Group, achieving $2 million in annual revenue within two years. Additionally, he led the design team for a $400 million real estate-backed tokenization project, overseeing all aspects of financial modeling, structuring, and execution. Krieger developed sophisticated debt pricing tools and implemented effective operational procedures for a fast-growing team. At Wells Fargo, he developed advanced models for CMBS, RMBS, and CRE CDO pricing. Furthermore, he led the establishment of MBS conduit securitization and whole-loan sale channels at HSBC.
