I have previously worked on a project titled "Deep Learning for Motor Imagery," which involved classifying EEG signals collected during motor imagery tasks using a seven-layer Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). This project gave me valuable experience in collecting and preprocessing EEG data, as well as developing deep learning models for classification.
Furthermore, I have taken a course on Cognitive Psychology, which provided me with a foundational understanding of the human brain and its functions. This knowledge will undoubtedly be useful in the Brain-Computer Interface project at IIT Gandhinagar.
In addition to my experience in machine learning and cognitive psychology, I have also worked on several projects related to vehicle-to-vehicle communication, including improving resource allocation and selection processes for vehicle platooning, as well as developing a reinforcement learning-based model for vehicle-to-vehicle communication. These projects have given me a comprehensive understanding of the practical applications of machine learning and AI in the transportation industry.
I have also gained significant experience in programming languages such as Python, C, MATLAB, and C++, and I am knowledgeable about operating system concepts and have implemented various operating system algorithms. Moreover, I have studied the Theory of Computation (TOC) and am currently taking a course on "Constrained and Unconstrained Optimization" from IIT Kharagpur, which will provide me with a strong foundation in linear algebra and optimization concepts.
Finally, I have also taken an Open Elective course on Data Mining, which has exposed me to various data preprocessing techniques such as data cleaning, data transformation, and feature selection. This knowledge will be particularly useful in the Brain-Computer Interface project, where data preprocessing is a crucial step.
