I'm currently pursuing a major in Computer Engineering at the University of California, San Diego, a field I am deeply passionate about due to its endless possibilities and its pivotal role in shaping the future of technology and society. My journey into the realms of technology and finance began last summer when I secured an internship at a leading blockchain media company and a financial securities firm. This experience was transformative, providing me with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and finance, and igniting a profound interest in the financial industry.

Recognizing the potential of blockchain technology to revolutionize financial systems, I have committed myself to leveraging my programming knowledge to contribute to this evolving landscape. My academic endeavors at UCSD have equipped me with a solid foundation in computer science principles and programming, which I am eager to apply towards developing innovative solutions within the financial sector.

To further my understanding and practical skills in blockchain and web3 technologies, I have actively participated in several web3 hackathons since last summer. These competitions have been an incredible platform for learning, experimentation, and networking with like-minded individuals and experts in the field. My teams and I have been fortunate to win several prizes, which has been a testament to our dedication, creativity, and the potential of our solutions to address real-world challenges.

Through my academic studies, internship experience, and active engagement in hackathons, I have developed a keen interest in exploring how blockchain technology can be harnessed to create more transparent, efficient, and secure financial systems. I am excited about the opportunities that lie at the nexus of computer engineering and finance, and I am eager to contribute my skills and knowledge towards impactful projects in this space.
