I’m a Computer Science student specialising in Data Science, and I’ve been interested in programming since I first started coding at 15. What I enjoy most about technology is taking an idea and figuring out how to actually make it work. I’m especially drawn to problem-solving, logical thinking, and learning how different technologies can be combined to build something useful.

Throughout my studies, I’ve worked on projects ranging from management systems to interactive applications and games. One project I particularly enjoyed was developing MConnect, a Q&A platform designed around the needs of Monash Malaysia students. I’ve also worked with Python, Visual Basic, C#, .NET, GDScript and other tools through university and personal projects, and I’m always interested in experimenting with technologies outside of what I’m currently learning.

I’d say one of my strengths is that I genuinely enjoy figuring things out when I don’t know the answer. Rather than being discouraged by a problem, I tend to break it down, experiment, research, and keep iterating until I understand what’s going on. I’m driven by that process of turning something I initially don’t understand into something I can build and explain myself.

Outside of academics, I’m also a big movie fan and enjoy creative projects, which has led me to explore areas like photography, media and visual design. I think that combination of technical and creative interests has shaped how I approach projects: I like building things that are not only functional, but also enjoyable and meaningful to the people using them.
