During my internship at CliqVenus, I worked on building a hybrid AI-analytics platform that integrated Qlik Sense (Cloud and Desktop) with Google's Gemini LLM to enable real-time natural language querying of business dashboards. I designed and developed interactive dashboards for real-time KPI monitoring, and extended native Qlik capabilities by building custom Mashups and Extensions using Qlik Dev Hub. On the backend, I implemented a Python FastAPI-based API gateway to interface with Qlik apps through Capability APIs (JavaScript), Engine APIs (WebSocket), and Root APIs (REST). The system featured selection-synchronized visualizations and a Gemini-powered chatbot capable of understanding user queries and returning dynamic insights from Qlik visualizations—bridging advanced data visualization with conversational AI.
