I have recently made a web3 project which aims to prevent and reduce carbon emissions by the contributions of people.
The Carbon Marketplace is a platform that allows users from around the world to submit proposals aimed at reducing carbon emissions. Also, I integrated Chainlink functions to retrieve real-time carbon emissions data. Then the admins of the Carbon Marketplace contract will have to provide their approvals once enough approvals are received the proposal is accepted and the owner of proposal is then expected to work towards their solution provided in proposal and after a certain time the carbon emissions in that area are checked, and if there is a significant decrease in the emissions, the owner is awarded with Carbon Coin.

With this carbon coin, users can redeem them for various merchandise options available on the platform. They can buy merchandise and buy various products. Also they can buy NFTs.

This project allowed me to enhance my skills in blockchain development, smart contract creation, integrating external data sources, and building decentralized applications.
