Sarthak Pandey

I really love learning things and finding out about new technologies. My curiosity is what drives me to keep learning and to get better at what I do. This love for learning is what makes me want to grow professionally. Over time I have gotten interested in different fields like Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Scientific Computing and Web3 technologies. I have turned my curiosity into projects by building software systems creating intelligent AI applications and working on robotics simulations. I have done this through internships, hackathons and personal projects which have helped me challenge myself and get better at what I do.

I also really like solving real-world problems. I have worked with some NGOs to help solve problems that affect society and to make an impact. I like to think outside the box and come up with ideas that can help make a difference. This way of thinking has helped me design software systems that can be used by people create autonomous AI agents and build intelligent applications that can solve real problems. My way of approaching problems has been helpful in every project I have worked on.

I think working with others is very important. I like being part of a team and hearing perspectives and ideas. I am good at communicating and sharing my thoughts and knowledge with others. I also like learning from my colleagues and hearing their ideas. During my internships and projects I have worked with developers, product teams, robotics engineers and AI researchers. I have learned a lot about working together and communicating effectively.

I am also very resilient and adaptable. I see challenges as opportunities to grow. I do not give up easily. When I face problems I use them as a chance to learn and get better. Whether it was fixing problems in software systems making AI workflows faster or learning new technologies quickly I have always seen difficult problems as a chance to get stronger. I like trying approaches and learning new things, which shows how committed I am to getting better.

What is important to me is that I enjoy the process of learning and working not just the end result. I like being creative and having fun while I work. This motivation helps me stay dedicated and enthusiastic about what I do. Some of my experiences have come from building autonomous AI systems, multi-agent systems and full-stack platforms that turned ideas into real products.

In short my love for learning my ability to solve problems my willingness to work with others my resilience and my enjoyment of the process make me a valuable asset to any team. My approach to life and work is about being proactive and growth-oriented and making an impact. I have been lucky to work as a Software Engineering Intern at Scaler contribute to AI product development at TradeIndia and work as a Robotics Engineer for Project Alfred at Scaler Innovation Labs. These experiences have helped me build a foundation in technology and taught me the importance of creating reliable and impactful technology.

I have also participated in meetings, hackathons and technical discussions, where I have exchanged ideas and collaborated with peers. I enjoy sharing knowledge mentoring developers and contributing to the community. I have also contributed to open-source projects through Hacktoberfest and the ZOPE project, which has taught me the value of software development and community-driven innovation.

I am very interested in Artificial Intelligence and Web3 technologies. While Web3 introduced me to systems I have also gotten interested in Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation and intelligent software that can reason and make decisions. I have built projects that use these technologies in ways, which shows my commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements and shaping the future through innovative engineering.

Outside of my work I like to challenge myself through competitive programming, which has helped me become a better problem-solver. I have also worked on projects that involve AI, robotics, scientific computing and full-stack development. Every project and achievement has reminded me that learning is a journey that requires curiosity, perseverance and a desire to create technology that makes a positive impact. I was even able to achieve a Global Rank of 67, in a LeetCode Biweekly Contest which was an experience.
