Robbert Abimbola

I am Robbert Abimbola, an Educational Technologist and blockchain developer from Nigeria, passionate about building solutions that bridge emerging technologies with real-world applications. My journey into Web3 has been fueled by a strong interest in decentralized systems, developer communities, and creating products that improve learning, access, and financial empowerment.

I have had the privilege of contributing to Web3 Bridge and ETHNigeria, where I’ve collaborated with fellow builders on ecosystem projects. Recently, I emerged as a winner of the Aleph Hackathon for the Filecoin track, and I also participated in the Lisk Africa Bootcamp, where my team’s project was recognized as one of the best in the cohort. These experiences strengthened my ability to collaborate, innovate, and deliver impactful solutions.

My goal is to continue growing as a developer, leveraging opportunities like the popup city to gain knowledge, connect with global peers, and contribute meaningfully to the ecosystem. I am particularly excited about learning from diverse perspectives, sharing my own experience, and exploring how decentralized technologies can scale solutions across education, identity, and finance.
