Praseedha Praveen Kalbhavi

Being a second year Computer Communication undergrad at MIT, Manipal, I have been interested in the field of technology since class 9th. I am more particularly interested in the field of competitive programming, Machine Learning and Web Development.

Recently, I participated in the MIT Covid Challenge #HACK4THEFUTURE challenge and my team emerged as one of the winners in Track B.
My team has also been awarded Runner's Up in the GHCI Codathon 2020.

The projects that I have worked upon include building a web application which caters to the needs of the differently abled people in society having various features like social distancing tracker, text2speech and speech2text conversions, audiobooks, summary extractor etc. I'm also working on a few other features currently.

The languages that I prefer using are C++ for competitive programming, HTML, CSS, JS and React for frontend development, Python for backend development and Flask framework.
