CallShastra is a project that will always remain close to my heart. It was a collective effort that led my team to win the first prize in our very first hackathon attempt. We were the first second year students in our college to be able to win this hackathon.

The application is based on PHP and uses various APIs for speech to text conversion, followed by sentiment analysis. It helps analyze conversations in call centres, while providing valuable feedback based on the customer's mood.

One of the roadblocks we faced was making sure all four of the team members were working in sync. We were able to overcome this by allocating completely different feature sets to each member of the team.
