I’m a passionate Business Information Technology student at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), with a strong drive to use technology to create meaningful social impact. My journey in tech has allowed me to build modern, responsive, and user-centered web applications while exploring the intersection of design, innovation, and community empowerment.
I’ve gained hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Python, React.js, Django, Node.js, and Express.js, developing full-stack applications that solve real-world challenges. My background blends technical problem-solving and creativity, allowing me to design and build clean, efficient, and accessible digital experiences.
Highlighted Projects:
Turkana Water Connect: A platform helping Turkana residents find nearby water sources, access weather insights, and chat with an AI assistant in local languages.
Baobab Restaurant Website: A visually appealing and dynamic restaurant site built with Django for seamless user interaction.
Jay Foundation Charity Website: A donation-focused platform with M-Pesa integration, designed to support community outreach and social causes.
AgriGrow Farms: A farm management system built with Django to simplify inventory tracking and operations management.
I’ve also completed certifications in UI/UX Design, Web Development, and Cybersecurity, and I’m constantly expanding my skills in emerging technologies and frameworks. Being an active member of She Codes Africa, Coding Black Girls, and Rewriting the Code has strengthened my collaboration, leadership, and community engagement abilities.
I’m passionate about building impactful digital solutions, learning continuously, and contributing to technology that improves people’s lives.
