I am currently pursuing my under graduate program from Lovely Professional University, Punjab. I am an active member of Developers Student Community by Google and Microsoft Student Technical Community.I have previously done research work at IITR-CSIR and regional science city lucknow. I have represented lucknow as well as Uttar pradesh in various state levels and regional level hackathons and competitions. I always want to learn, innovate and program new things which lead me to Student Innovators Award 2019 from CSIR.
I am a person with innovative thinking, and will always strive to bring in out of box ideas to develop a coding environment in not only my college but also among various others Communities of which I am an active member.
I recently received the 21UNDER21 Award from GirlScript, India where as also secured first runner's up position in Autumn Hacks.

I believe that my greatest strength is the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. I can see any given situation from multiple perspectives, which makes me uniquely qualified to complete my work even under challenging conditions. That problem solving allows me to be a better communicator. I am just as comfortable speaking to senior faculty as I am to junior team members. I think my ability to see all sides of an issue will make me a great asset for Coding Blocks.
Whenever any new technology is released, I’m always excited to learn and get familiar with it. I love pushing the edge and learning every aspect of the new technology. In fact, just last week, I started working on one of the recent technology in the field of computational chemistry, which helped me alot in one of my ongoing project. This position will give me the opportunity to apply my passion and help make programs better for your company.
Now, coming to my weakness, I tend to be overly critical of myself. Whenever I complete a project, I can’t help but feel that I could have done more even if my work received a positive response. This often leads me to overwork myself and leaves me feeling burned out. Over the past few years, I’ve tried to take time to look at my achievements objectively and celebrate those wins. This has not only improved my work and my confidence, but it has helped me to appreciate my team and other support systems that are always behind me in everything I do. The second one is that,  I tend to want to take on complete projects all on my own without any outside help. In the past, this caused me to experience unnecessary pressure and stress. I am trying to teach myself how to ask for help so I can keep my sanity. I've also found a team of people can produce a better outcome than one single person.
