🚀 About the Project – ElderEase
ElderEase is a web-based healthcare platform designed to assist elderly patients in managing their post-appointment prescriptions and medications with ease.
💡 Problem Statement:
Many elderly individuals struggle to remember medicines, manage multiple prescriptions, and communicate effectively with their doctors. ElderEase bridges this gap with technology that’s simple, smart, and accessible.
✨ What It Does:
Allows doctors to upload digital prescriptions.
Lets patients easily access and track their prescribed medicines.
Sends smart reminders for medication timings.
Includes an AI-powered chatbot with voice and text support to answer health-related queries and provide guidance.

💬 My Role:
I worked on the backend development using Node.js and Express, managed API integration, and helped in structuring the database and user flow logic.
🌱 Future Scope:
We plan to extend ElderEase with features like doctor-patient video consultations, health record analytics, and a mobile app version for better accessibility.
