Experience

  • Growstreet - Lead UI/UX Engineer
    June 2019 - January 2020

During my final year in college I also did a fellowship in UI/UX and Front-end and got to work with a US based finTech startup which helped indians invest in the US stock market. Worked closely with the founding team and mainly handled the design of the mobile applicating that we were building. This was my first job and also a kickstarter to my career in the finTech landscape.

  • Juno and Nuo - Product Designer
    February 2020 - Present

After my first job in the finTech landscape, I joined Juno as a user research intern and was part of the product building phase which is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I got to work closely with the product head and founders to brainstorm ideas which we got as feedback from the user interviews. I was spending most of time talking to our potential users and understanding their banking needs. Together as a team of 4-5 people we completed around 500 user interviews. Later my role transitioned into a Product Designer for Juno which is building a high-yield checking account for the US market. Designing and running email campaigns, working on user interfaces and pushing out product ideas is what I usually spend most of time on. Also handle a lot of our social media visual content.

While working at Juno, I also got to work on the same team's other product Nuo which is DeFi platform for cryptocurrency. Initially worked on a few visuals for social media and some user interfaces. Nuo is now launching their Bitcoin Investment product for the indian audience and I got to contribute as a lead designer for all things design from motion design, UX, and bunch of other things.

(Also while working on a full time job, I also work on a variety of side projects)
