I’m excited to join a hackathon as a first-year student because it’s a fantastic opportunity to learn and collaborate with others. Recently, I won an # ideathon with my teammates organized by Microsoft Azure at DU college, which sparked my passion for developing innovative solutions. Participating in a hackathon will allow me to apply my skills in a real-world context, tackle new challenges, and further hone my problem-solving abilities. It’s a great way to dive into the tech community and connect with like-minded individuals while exploring potential career paths early on!
