A private software software company called Yomari recently held a Code Camp Competition in Pulchowk Campus. Studends all over from Kathmandu valley participated but my team(of 3 members) was the winner. We had developed a decentralized voting system based on Blockchain Technology.Project consisted of web app developed using node js(and solidity), a cross platform mobile appplication developed using react native and ethereum network. It seems simple where people voted using mobile application and result were displayed in web app but the architecture and technology underneath the system was quite complex.It was shared and cryptographically secured trusted ledger which no single user controlled. This was the most complex project I had worked on till date.
I am basically good at python and its some frameworks like django. My interest lies in web developoment and data.
I am currently working on college minor project where we develop an application for resturant where menus are displayed on customer mobile phone using web socket .Further app consists of recommender system for foods based on weather,time and other techniques like collaborative filtering and content based filtering.Moreover I am quite good at C, C++ and angular js.
Similarly, I, with my team, have built have Lab inventory system using django for our college.Further I have sound knowledge on Data Structures and Algorithm and I have taken seminars on big data (Hadoop Architecture ).
Althougth I have tried many other languages and frameworks like javascript and react but the only thing that truly drives me is python and its some frameworks like django.I am team person and have taken in many small competitions and have experience to complete the project within given deadline.I am really excited for this hackathon and am looking forward to win it.I hope I get accepted.Thank you!
