I am a quick learner and a motivated one in it. I am honest in my work and doesn't like doing things that are against my ethics. And this is what that drives me to work. Being honest about your work is, I suppose, the best driving force for anyone.
To be honest, I haven't done many projects in my life but there is one I remember perfectly and which motivated me a lot. It is the most complex project till now because I started it as I wanted to prove myself and it ended up being the most successful project. The project I am talking about is based on Android Development and IoT and I did it as a industry project i.e. I had to deliver it to the market.
This, being a industry project, taught me a lot in terms of project failures, rigidity, time management, etc.
