I’m Aaditya Dubey, Co-founder & CEO at Areion, and a Web3 enthusiast driven by curiosity, creativity, and impact.

Over the past few years, I’ve immersed myself deeply in the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem, working on projects that merge innovation with real-world utility. Through my journey, I’ve had the opportunity to participate in major hackathons like ETH India, Unfold 23’, Unfold24’, ETH Mumbai,, IBW24’, and multiple tech events across Mumbai, where I’ve collaborated with brilliant minds to build decentralized solutions tackling real-world challenges. We have won a couple of college level hackathons in Mumbai and Bangalore regions.

Beyond hackathons, I’ve co-founded and led Areion, a business development agency that helps Web2 and Web3 companies scale. I’ve also worked with startups like Qoneqt, driving partnerships and growth strategies in the AI/ML and blockchain domains.

My interests lie at the intersection of blockchain, AI, and business innovation—where technology meets meaningful impact. Whether it’s building DApps, crafting smart contracts, or strategizing for growth, I love exploring how decentralized technology can empower individuals and transform industries.
