About Me
I am Khushi Kavya, a highly motivated and detail-oriented computer science enthusiast with a keen interest in programming and web development. My diverse skill set includes proficiency in languages like C/C++, expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms, and hands-on experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I am adept at using frameworks like Express and Node.js, and have a solid understanding of developer tools like Git and VS code. My passion for technology is reflected in my commitment to continuous learning and exploration of new technologies.
Work Experience
In my role as a Desktop Engineer at Fotografik Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., I showcased my technical prowess by leveraging Python scripts on Linux to extract and analyze hardware specifications from over 400 Windows PCs. I implemented automation solutions, such as the CleanC project, optimizing system performance by automating the deletion of selected files. My contributions extended to file parsing and exploring technologies like Ansible, YAML, and SFTP server setup, showcasing my adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
Education
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Systems at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET), where I have maintained a commendable CGPA of 8.38/10. My academic journey started at Delhi Public School, Ranchi, where I achieved an impressive aggregate of 96.4% in AISSCE (Class XII).
Projects
In my projects, such as the Laundry Management Portal and Sunshine Tours and Travels Website, I have demonstrated my ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. These projects highlight my commitment to enhancing API security, creating user-friendly web applications, and designing responsive websites.
Achievements and Activities
Beyond academics and work, I have excelled in various areas, such as being the 2nd State Topper in AISSE (Class X) and actively participating in global open-source initiatives like Hacktoberfest’22. I also hold the position of Project Head for SARV SHAKTI 3.0 at Rotaract Club of TIET, leading a menstrual awareness campaign and contributing to various community and vocational services.
Positions of Responsibility
I currently serve as a member of the Rotaract Club of TIET, contributing to events like SARV SHAKTI 3.0 and actively participating in community and vocational services. Additionally, I am a core member of Saturnalia, one of the Largest Techno-Cultural Fests of North India, where I played a key role in organizing an overnight hackathon event, fostering innovation among 500+ participants.
