ELBA CHÁVEZ

I am a community leader and organizational consultant focused on empowering professionals and women through education in Web3. I am dedicated to creating inclusive ecosystems where knowledge and global opportunities are accessible to everyone. Currently, I lead a community in Mexico that promotes women's education within the Web3 space. I am working on the development of a professional contributions platform that will forever transform our understanding of work through a system based on tokens and real contributions. My goal is to continue supporting initiatives that foster education and female leadership in technology on an international level. In the past 3 years, I have given several talks on topics related to Blockchain and participated in Hackathons, serving as a mentor in some of them.
