Hi, I'm Atharv Chaurasia, a Software Engineering Honours student at the University of Sydney.
What I'm good at:
I specialize in software development, machine learning, and hardware integration. I enjoy working close to the metal—whether that means building ML models from scratch in C/C++ or engineering hardware projects with Raspberry Pi and microcontrollers. I'm also highly proficient in modern application development, utilizing frameworks like Flutter, Kotlin, and Node.js.
What drives me:
I am passionate about decentralized physical infrastructure (DePIN), edge computing, and privacy-first AI. I am driven by the vision of a distributed agent economy where user-owned edge devices can coordinate and transact autonomously, shifting computational power and data privacy away from centralized cloud monopolies.
Interesting Projects:
AgentNode (EAG Hackathon Project):** An autonomous edge-compute marketplace where AI agents route heavy workloads to idle local hardware (like an iPad Pro M5), settled instantly via machine-to-machine HTTP 402 micro-transactions on the HSK Chain testnet.
Autonomous Vision Robot:** Engineered a custom robotics platform utilizing Raspberry Pi and Arduino, integrating local language models and computer vision for autonomous navigation and decision-making.
Custom Social Widget App:** Designed and developed a mobile photo-sharing and UI widget application from the ground up using Flutter and native Kotlin.
