Anushka Ekka

Hey there! I’m Anushka Ekka, a 3rd-year Data Science and Artificial Intelligence student at IIIT-NR. I’m deeply passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems, especially those that connect innovation with sustainability and inclusivity.

Growing up amidst the green forests and wildlife of Chhattisgarh’s tribal belt, I’ve developed a strong sense of responsibility toward preserving nature’s diversity. This background often inspires my projects — from building AI models for renewable energy analysis to creating tools that promote accessibility and cultural preservation, like regional language translators.

I love exploring new tech domains — currently diving deeper into AI/ML, automation, and Web3 — and I enjoy participating in hackathons that challenge me to think creatively and build impactful solutions. Outside of tech, you’ll often find me riding bikes or performing Bharatanatyam — because balance is key!
