I’m Ajay Prashanth, Cofounder & Ecosystem Growth lead at bitsCrunch, a blockchain analytics and AI-powered security intelligence company operating globally from Munich. My work focuses on building tools that improve transparency, integrity, and trust in the digital asset ecosystem.

At bitsCrunch, I help define the long-term product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs, ensuring the team builds meaningful analytics and security products used by exchanges, institutions, and developers. I lead cross-functional teams across product, design, and engineering to deliver scalable infrastructure, APIs, and on-chain intelligence solutions.

I also work closely with community leaders, founders, and partners across the Web3 space—researching emerging technologies, evaluating new tools, and driving the adoption of crypto-first features. Staying ahead of developments in AI, L2s, restaking, MEV, and on-chain security is a core part of my role.

Overall, I’m passionate about building at the intersection of Web3, AI, and data, and creating technology that can meaningfully move the ecosystem forward.
