I’m Aditi, I’m a sophomore at the University of Michigan. I’m passionate about creating a difference in society with the help of tech. I’m involved in several clubs at my university, right now I’m still in the process of developing my portfolio so and still have a lot to be done but I took part in several hackathons one of them being the 2024 NASA Space Apps Challenge in Chicago, where we built a web application to facilitate easy access to Landsat reflectance(SR) data for comparison with ground based spectral measurements. This encourages space exploration, sparks curiosity in young people.
I also took part in the Codédex Summer Hackathon where my team and I created a mobile responsive website for Sip and Play boardgame café in Brooklyn, NY. We made an engaging website with 3D elements.
I am a member of the app and web dev team for Hack Dearborn (a 24 hour hackathon in southeast Michigan), where I created components of the official website and app for the event.
Apart from this I am the secretary of WiCS (Women in Computer Science), a student club on campus, where I coordinate with other clubs for collaboration, draft newsletters and brainstorm event ideas for the club and to enrich our CS community on campus.
I’m passionate about Industrial robotics, machine learning, data analytics, physics and art.
I love learning new languages, sketching, painting and playing the guitar. I have Trinity College of London certifications for acoustic guitar and Geothe A1 German certification.
