I build agents that get cheaper the more they run.

Last weekend at the Tokens& Self-Evolving Agents hackathon (SF) I built
Ratchet — a QA agent that only remembers fixes proven by independent
re-test, so a recurring bug costs 1 AI call instead of 4. Memory on:
4.25 → 1.0 calls per fix. Memory off, same bugs: 5 → 8. It won the Senso
track, and the verified fixes publish to cited.md — Senso's agent-native
content network with x402 micropayments — so what one agent learns, any
agent can fetch and pay for.

That's agentic commerce from the supply side: agents paying fractions of a
cent for verified context. This hackathon is squarely in my lane —
I want to build the demand side: agents that discover, evaluate, and
transact against priced content and services autonomously.

Product-first builder: problem statements before code, non-goals before
features, evidence over claims. I ship with a control arm.
