LickBin Hon

Hi, I'm LickBin Hon, a first-year Cybersecurity student at Asia Pacific University (APU) with a solid foundation in Computer Science. I have a deep passion for exploring how system infrastructure works under the hood and building secure, resilient network environments.

My hands-on technical experience includes configuring enterprise WAN/LAN networks, setting up critical services like DNS, Web, Email, and File servers, and integrating IoT devices. I also have a strong background in relational database design, having recently architected a MySQL database system for a Library & Learning Hub that handles member profiles, workshop management, subscriptions, and payment tracking.

Beyond technical implementation, I bring strong leadership and organizational skills from my roles as a Student Leader and Prefect Treasurer, where I managed event budgets and successfully led orientation programs for over 200 incoming students.

Driven by a curiosity for offensive and defensive security, I am currently diving deep into Linux system administration and actively training for Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions. I'm always eager to connect with fellow tech enthusiasts, CTF players, and cybersecurity researchers!
