    Performed Security and Controls related tasks on client's SAP ERP system.
    The tasks included:

    1. Fixing access issues of users by re-provisioning their user ID after verifying their PERNR and Position are active in SAP .
    2. Correcting validity date of users in SAP after verifying their PERNR and Position are active in SAP.
    3. Ensuring user's access in portal system is matching the business role assignment to position.
    4. Giving users access to sensitive roles by adding them to their position after approval from Business Process Owner (BPO).
    5. Worked with the HR team to link duplicate SAP ID records of employees by deleting and re-creating SAP communication Infotype record.
