Kanika Agrawal

As a front-end developer and an open-source enthusiast, I've dedicated myself to contributing to several blockchain-based open-source communities over the past few years. Among these, I've been actively involved with platforms like Gitcoin, Argo, and EthGlobal. Presently, I serve as a Front-end Developer at Spheron Network, a pioneering Open-Source/Decentralized hosting solution powered by cutting-edge decentralized technologies such as Filecoin, IPFS, Arweave, and Aakash. Additionally, I've spearheaded the development of buidlfy.com, an innovative open-source no-code website builder.

During my tenure at Spheron, I've played a pivotal role in enhancing our design systems using Storybook and Tailwind CSS, thereby optimizing the codebase across our website. Prior to this, I held the position of Lead Frontend Developer at Demodyfi, where I collaborated closely with backend and design teams. I've also contributed my expertise as a Frontend Developer at Wednesday Solutions and supported projects at Decision Fiction and AnkTech Softwares.

In parallel, I'm currently engaged as a Frontend Developer for an open-source protocol aimed at automating smart contracts (Epoch Protocol) and as a freelancer for Kernel, Gitcoin (Convo-app project). My proficiency spans a wide array of technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, AngularJS, and React Native.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I actively participate in hackathons, both offline and on online platforms such as Gitcoin, EthGlobal, and Devfolio, where I've had the privilege of securing several wins. Notable among these are EthOnline 2022, EthIndia 2022, Smart India Hackathon Prelims, Take Back the Web (Wallet Connect Ticketing System), and NuCypher.

My involvement in these hackathons and my tenure at an open-source company have fostered a deep appreciation for the vibrant open-source community. I am driven by a continual quest to expand my horizons, improve my skills, and contribute meaningfully to the development of innovative solutions.
