Isha Bagadiya

I’m a software developer with over three years of experience building in the Web3 space. I’m focused on Ethereum and decentralized applications, with a strong interest in making blockchain technology useful beyond experimentation. I enjoy building across smart contract integrations, multi-chain applications, wallets, payments, automation, and Web2–Web3 workflows.

I’ve actively participated in Web3 hackathons and events, including ETHGlobal, TRON Hackathon, and the Arbitrum Bengaluru Hacker House, along with several other builder focused events. These experiences have given me the opportunity to experiment with new ideas, build under pressure, collaborate with other developers, and turn concepts into working products.

Beyond building, I actively engage with the Web3 community through meetups, events, and networking. I enjoy connecting with other builders, learning about new protocols and ideas, and contributing to an ecosystem that is constantly evolving. I’m particularly interested in exploring new ways to make decentralized technology more practical, accessible, and impactful.
