Devasy Patel

I am a computer engineering student at Nirma University, currently in my 5th semester. My goal is to use AI to eliminate menial tasks and improve education for all. I am skilled in Python, C++, Data Structures, DBMS, OS, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. I have a strong background in mathematics and computer science, having qualified for JEE Main with a 97 percentile from AG High School.

I am a motivated and ambitious learner, always striving to improve my skills and knowledge. I have achieved a 3-star rating on CodeChef and a global rank of 2 in September Long 2022 Division 3, and a global rank of 1145 in Google Kickstart Round H 2022. I have also solved 100+ DSA questions on LeetCode and CodeForces, and have been rated 1101.

I am also a certified professional in Recommender Systems from LinkedIn Learning and have a Participation Certificate from Adobe Analytics. I have also developed a Hybrid Movie Recommendation System using the movielens 100k dataset, Implemented face recognition from scratch using eigenface algorithms and written a survey paper on the various approaches used to solve the Visitor Cold Start Problem which was published in the Journal of Computer Science and Technology.
