Hi! I'm Anmol 👋
A software developer from India, super into Open Source, and guiding lots of people on Open Source in several Discord and WhatsApp communities.
I'm also a Technical Writer, Mentor, Open Source Advocate and Maintainer of LinksHub.
I've also collaborated with 10+ international organizations.
As a UI/UX intern at KhajuriBazar, I had the exciting opportunity to take on the challenge of designing the entire e-commerce website with a keen focus on user experience. I identified and addressed pain points through thoughtful design, and even had the chance to create new features from scratch, such as a magazine subscription page, social media templates, and cart abandonment emails.
Through my 550+ hours of dedicated work, I honed my UI design skills and emphasized the importance of user experience. Working with 50+ nested components and 75+ artboards, I created a complete responsive design from scratch, pushing my design skills to new heights.
Drawing on my deep understanding of user context, color theory, typography, and alignment, I used the power of illustrations and icons to showcase the value proposition of the product. My design choices were always informed by the user's needs and journey.
During my research internship at NICMAR, I worked on the challenging topic of "Identifying the trends of business education". The first phase of my work involved collecting data, which proved to be a tedious task that tested my perseverance and dedication. At times, the task felt overwhelming, and I even considered giving up. However, I pushed through, and although the process took a toll on my mental health, I managed to complete the data collection phase while juggling four other tasks.
The second and third stages of my work were substantially less laborious than the data collection phase, and I was excited to analyze the outcomes based on the data we had collected over time. Overall, my research internship at NICMAR provided me with a valuable learning experience, honing my research skills and teaching me to persevere in the face of adversity.
