Workplace sexual harassment often goes unreported due to fear, lack of awareness, and inadequate support systems. DEVI provides a safe platform for women to access expert guidance, share experiences, report incidents anonymously, and find community support—empowering them to combat workplace harassment effectively.
The Problem We’re Solving
- Fear of Retaliation & Data Manipulation – Many victims hesitate to report incidents due to fear of backlash or data tampering.
- Lack of Anonymity & Privacy – Traditional platforms often require personal information, discouraging victims from speaking out.
- Limited Accessibility to Support – Legal and psychological guidance is often inaccessible, leaving victims without proper help.
