I'm a senior undergraduate student at NIT, Trichy. I'm pursuing Computer Science and Engineering, B.Tech.
My main area of interest lies in the broad domain of deep learning. I also have research intern experience at the IIT Kharagpur, where I've completed a related project in the field of NLP, CNN, and clustering.
I had been a part of many hackathons like the Pragyan Hackathon, Vortex hackathon, Smart India Hackathon. It was immense learning for me, the atmosphere itself is very intriguing. I learned a lot from the mentor and the participants as well.
In SIH, we built a campus monitoring application.
- Provides real-time rendering of data stored in a cloud database on a front-end dashboard interface, as well as providing alerts.
- It provides live feed from cameras record illicit activities, about individuals and unauthorized vehicles who have overstayed their time at the campus, saving state information at several landmarks, which act as checkpoints.
- The processed feed was analyzed via image processing algorithms and CNNs and data sent over to the cloud to be retrieved by the dashboard.
I'm also very fond of algorithms and programming. I generally spend most of my time writing codes or debugging code.
Mathematics is something very special to me and never fails to amaze me from time to time.
I firmly believe that AI coupled with advanced computational power is capable of transforming the world into a better place.
Also, I am an incoming member of Dev Tech profile for Machine Learning at Nvidia.
Truth be told, I am self-sufficient in both practice and life. Yet, I love that, and that doesn't stop me from brainstorming any problem or some innovative puzzles on my own. By viewing a problem from various perspectives, I always arrive at an insight to deal with things in ways that can be dealt with comfortably.
I love to solve challenging problems both in the technical and social worlds. My favorite subject is mathematics, and I always try to be better at it by discovering new skills and techniques. I frequently try out IMO problems to keep myself updated with the art of problem-solving.
I believe your best teacher is yourself and this single-most philosophy helps me stride forward to put in the best in everything I do.
