Developed a web application named 'Doctor Patient Portal'. Portal manages a system that helps doctors and the users to keep track of various activities. Allows doctors to maintain their profile, schedule their appointments, track patient records, provide prescriptions and certificates. Users can search and book appointments in available clinics and hospitals, track their medical history and request for certificate.
