I am interested in solving real world problems using machine learning, computer vision and deep learning. I am currently working in the research and development department at Eigenlytics Data Solutions.
In the past few months, I have had the opportunity to work on various problems related to document images. I worked on skew correction, script recognition and curl removal from document images using image processing and deep learning methods. To find solutions, I read research papers, understand the concepts and use them for resolving our use cases. I am always excited to learn new things.
During my masters, I worked in Robotics Research Centre of IIIT-Hyderabad. I have worked on surface normal and depth prediction for building facades of outdoor city dataset. The work involves geometric formulation, deep learning and image processing. I have done digital image processing, mobile robotics and computer vision courses in my college.
I have a good understanding of camera models and camera perception and math around them. I have been working on Python for almost 4 years now. I am very comfortable with OpenCV and Pytorch. I am very interested in solving robotic vision related problems.
I am working on image processing module as part of R&D team. I remove various types of noises from the document images using IP, ML or DL techniques.
I have worked on skew detection and removal and script recognition. I am currently working on detection and removal of warping error.
To find best solutions, I read research papers, analyse SOTA methods, create our own algorithms and modify dataset (if required).
