Worked on an IoT project where I integrated the Bosch BME680 sensor with the Node MCUmicrocontroller to
calculate the index air quality of the environment and send this data to the Thingsboard.io server (cloud)
using MQTT Protocol in C++.
• Instrumental in developing an efficient video-understanding deep learning model at high accuracy and low
computation cost. Led a team of 4 to build a classification model to categorize human activities into events.
• Built our dataset congregating copyright-free videos so it’s commercial-ready. Converted videos into frames
of required size using FFmpeg.
• Built a Convolution Neural Network using Pytorch and achieved an accuracy of 75% with testing accuracy of
70% with low inference time and model size. Currently working on integrating it to edge devices such as a
mobile phone.
