- Apollo TeleHealth Services - Software Developer Intern

I was offered this internship by the CTO of Apollo TeleHealth Services when he met me and my team at Smart India Hackathon 2019, which we won.
- Developed multiple Node.js services with varied use-cases for the company's healthcare applications.
- Wrote a REST API to convert SNOMED-CT terminology to ICD-10.
- Modified an existing C# desktop application to interact with several healthcare devices using RS-232 serial ports, and synchronised the data with a remote server.
- Used a Redis message queue to defer execution and optimize a service with heavy load.

Primary developer for the company's mobile application for doctors: DoctorRx.
- Worked closely with product managers, developers and testers to deliver a smooth and reliable React Native application from scratch, at a breakneck speed.
- Developed a stable teleconsultation platform within weeks, which was tested and appreciated by doctors in Pune region.
- Monitored app quality and user interactions with Firebase Crashlytics and CleverTap.
- Engaged in frequent code reviews.
- Organized HackRx: the company's 24 hour technical hackathon for undergraduates from all over the country.
- Familiarized with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR.
