I love artificial intelligence, not because of what it can do, but because of what we can do with it. I visualize a world where at the end, the solutions for all the problems lies within AI. So I chose it as my field. And I want to research the possibilities on how these solutions can become feasible.
Each project is complex in itself, but to point out one project, I would choose the one which is an implementation of a research paper named Deep Speech. It is a speech-to-text converter which uses neural networks for accomplishment of the task.
As it was my first research project, I didn't have much knowledge then about research works like finding the required research papers, reading them, understanding them, collecting required resources, implementing the paper, mimic the results and finally optimize if possible. I faced lot of difficulties figuring out all these steps while implementing the project. It was a tough learning curve, but certainly a learning curve.
