Worked on finding keyphrases from the HR reviews which are contributing for the sentiment. Used Part Of Speech(POS) Tagging with many optimizations for finding the keyphrases as per the problem statement. Trained a BERT model for keyphrase extraction with statements and keyphrases for future use and finally integrated with Flask for deployment.
