About me

• We recently won our first hackathon in February 2020 i.e HackIt 2.0, a 24 hour inter-college hackathon organized by the CSI Committee of K.J. Somaiya College Of Engineering. We bagged the second prize in the hard category out of 60 competing teams coming from various colleges.
  We built a prototype for the Recruitment Assisting Platform called 'ATSBot'. Using machine learning techniques, we help recruiters reach the right candidate faster and scan through multiple user profiles efficiently.

Projects

• Worked on a Smart Traffic Signal project, which could help to decongest roads with more vehicles by getting density count of each lane and hence allotting suitable green time for each lane.
• Worked on Twitter Sentiment analysis with extension of topic extraction for providing information regarding the trends of topics tweeted by a person to analyse the types of tweets most liked or popular among the his/her followers.
• Currently working on an Android application for disaster management. It would help the local officers to setup relief camp for refugees and get help in form of donations or payment from donors.The donors will be assured that their donation has reached the victims successfully.
• Explored IBM Watson for Personality prediction.
• Currently Working on developing pipeline for analyzing "hinglish" comments from youtube (using YouTube API to extract data).

• First Prize in Prakalp for SY Software Engineering Project(Sentiment Analysis and topic extraction for Social media influencers).
• First Runner up at KJSCE Hackit under difficult category (AI/ML)
