Prasad Kumkar

As a Computer Science student at VIT, Vellore, India, I have acquired knowledge in Software development, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Embedded Systems. I am skilled at programming with known languages: Python, Java, C/C++ and Swift. I also have studied Web development with languages HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
Computer Vision and Machine Learning is my favourite field to work on projects. I have worked extensively on OpenCV and python for Computer Vision and Tensorflow models for Machine Learning.
I have done several projects based on IoT, Embedded systems and sensors.
I have used Data structures and efficient algorithms to develop softwares. I have also developed apps by integrating APIs.
I have worked as an Embedded Software Intern at Punar Healthcare, incubatee at VITTBI where we worked towards a project to develop a device to measure the recovery of stroke patients for physiotherapists by programming microcontrollers such as pyBoard, ESP32, Arduino, ATTiny using languages like C, C++, Python, and Micropython. Designed and developed the architecture of the device and conducted unit test cases and wrote and optimized filtration process on the sensor data with consistent, thorough approaches.
